Welcome!

ADHD Life Coach

Using my advanced knowledge of ADHD and the coaching process, I work to inspire my clients to gain more self-awareness and work toward their goals by focusing on their strengths, values, purpose, and keeping their ADHD from holding them back.

What is ADHD Life Coaching?

ADHD life coaching is about slowing down and making sense of what is really getting in the way.
People often come to coaching when they feel stuck, and want more clarity, more self-trust, and more balance in their day-to-day life. My role is not to push you harder or hand you a list of strategies and hope they stick. If strategies alone worked, you would already be using them.

Instead, coaching is a space to get curious together. We look beneath the surface patterns, explore what makes it hard to follow through, regulate emotions, or stay consistent, and experiment with supports that fit your brain and your lifestyle.

Coaching with me is not hierarchical. You bring the lived experience of your life, and I bring reflection, ADHD knowledge, and a structured process. Together, we build awareness, test ideas, learn from what does not work, and strengthen what does, so the changes you make actually last.

TL;DR: ADHD life coaching is not about handing you strategies. Instead, it’s about slowing down, understanding your patterns, and building supports that truly fit your life.

Hi, I'm Erica!

I am a Certified ADHD Life Coach and Advanced Certified Coach with a Bachelor's in Psychology from UCF (Go Knights!). I live in Florida and love spending my days off adventuring with my husband, boating, going to UCF games, spoiling our four dogs and two cats,  traveling, and hosting intense game nights.

After experiencing multiple misdiagnoses and finally being diagnosed with ADHD at 26, my journey led me to discover a deep passion for helping others who face similar challenges. My coaching focuses on empowering clients to embrace their ADHD as a strength while fostering growth, clarity, and self-awareness. I value honesty, empathy, and authenticity, and I meet clients where they are, partnering with them to move toward more confidence, self-trust, and balance in everyday life.

People with ADHD often describe their brains as juggling a hundred things at once. Sometimes that energy feels exciting, and other times it feels completely overwhelming. ADHD is not just about being scattered or hyperactive. It is a different way of experiencing the world.

What is ADHD?

"

ADHD is not a disability, it's a different ability."
- Edward M. Hallowell

So what makes ADHD brains different? ADHD brains are different in chemistry, structure, and function. These differences affect areas of the brain that handle things like time management, task follow-through, and emotional regulation. That is why everyday things can sometimes feel harder than they “should.”

The important thing to remember is that ADHD looks different for everyone. No two brains are the same. Some people struggle most with focus or organization, while others shine in creativity, hyperfocus, and innovation. I like to think of ADHD as a unique toolkit. Once you understand how your brain works, you can start using that toolkit in ways that bring out your strengths and make life feel more manageable.

TL;DR: ADHD is more than distractions or hyperactivity, it is a unique way of thinking that comes with both struggles and strengths.
