What is ADHD Life Coaching?

ADHD life coaching is about slowing down and making sense of what is really getting in the way.
People often come to coaching when they feel stuck, and want more clarity, more self-trust, and more balance in their day-to-day life. My role is not to push you harder or hand you a list of strategies and hope they stick. If strategies alone worked, you would already be using them.

Instead, coaching is a space to get curious together. We look beneath the surface patterns, explore what makes it hard to follow through, regulate emotions, or stay consistent, and experiment with supports that fit your brain and your lifestyle.

Coaching with me is not hierarchical. You bring the lived experience of your life, and I bring reflection, ADHD knowledge, and a structured process. Together, we build awareness, test ideas, learn from what does not work, and strengthen what does, so the changes you make actually last.

TL;DR: ADHD life coaching is not about handing you strategies. Instead, it’s about slowing down, understanding your patterns, and building supports that truly fit your life.

What is My Approach?

As an ADHD Life Coach, my approach is rooted in partnership. Coaching with me is not about me telling you what to do or handing you strategies and hoping they stick. If that worked, you would already be using them. Instead, we slow down and get curious about what is really going on beneath the surface.

Together, we look at where you are, where you want to go, and what feels like it gets in the way. My role is to ask questions, offer new perspectives, and help you make sense of your patterns so you can build supports that actually fit your life.

Coaching with me is not about fixing you. You are not broken. It is about understanding how ADHD shows up for you, building self-awareness, and creating tools and routines that feel natural and sustainable. Sometimes that means experimenting, sometimes it means learning from what did not work, and sometimes it means shifting how you see yourself and your ADHD.

Whether your goals are to manage time more effectively, reduce overwhelm, boost your confidence, or learn how to unmask and show up authentically, I will be right there with you. My job is to support you as you build clarity, confidence, and self-compassion, so you can live life in a way that feels aligned and your own.

TL;DR: My coaching is not about fixing you or handing you strategies. It is about slowing down, getting curious, and building self-awareness so we can create supports that truly fit your life.

A Safe Place for the Hard Stuff

Coaching is a nonjudgmental space where you can talk about overwhelm, shame, or frustration. Together, we look at what is happening and experiment with ways to move forward

More Self-Awareness

Coaching gives you space to notice your patterns, understand what gets in the way, and see your strengths more clearly. Allowing you to make more intentional choices.

Confidence and Self-Trust

As you understand your ADHD and how your brain works, you'll start building confidence and trusting yourself more. Small wins add up to lasting change.

Curiosity & Experimentation

Coaching gives you space to try things out, learn from what does not work, and adjust without judgment. The goal is not to “get it right,” but to find what works for you over time.

Reflection & Growth

This is a space to pause, notice patterns, and learn from them. Coaching is not about doing everything perfectly. It is about growing your awareness and finding new ways to move forward.
